Group Classes at Munique Fitness
Our group fitness classes are designed to challenge, energize, and support you—no matter your fitness level. With a focus on strength, conditioning, mobility, and endurance, each class delivers a fun, effective workout that helps you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life.
We offer a variety of class formats to keep things fresh and effective, including strength-based training, functional circuits, and cardio-focused sessions. You’ll experience a mix of bodyweight exercises, free weights, resistance training, and high-intensity formats like AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabata—always with modifications available to meet you where you are.
Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome—from beginners to experienced athletes. Every class is led by a certified coach who provides hands-on guidance, form correction, and encouragement throughout your workout.
Classes are small in size to ensure personalized attention and a strong sense of community. Whether you're looking to gain strength, improve endurance, boost confidence, or just have fun while working out, there’s a spot for you in our group fitness family.
Class Schedule:
Weekdays: 6:00 AM & 7:15 AM
Saturdays: CrossFit WOD-inspired workouts
Sundays: Closed for recovery
Drop-ins, class packs, and monthly memberships available.
