Munique Fitness offers a personalized fitness coaching program for women, which focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and functional movements. The program aims to help women feel and get stronger, build muscle mass, increase range of motion, and perform daily activities with ease.

The Munique Fitness coaching plan is tailored to meet individual needs and goals. The program aims to improve overall strength, muscle mass, bone density, and range of motion. During the program, you will learn about lifting weights, using free weights, and tempo training, progressive overload, and hypertrophy. You will also be introduced to AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabata workouts for cardio sessions.

The fitness coaching program is designed for beginners and women who are already working out but not seeing any progress. It is a 3-month program that includes an initial consultation to discuss your fitness level, experience, current needs, and goals, as well as any health issues.

The program is tailored based on your current ability and access to fitness equipment. After the initial consultation, we will schedule a kickoff call to discuss your availability and assign your workout days. You will have bi-weekly follow-up sessions for the first three months and monthly sessions for the remainder of the program. During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, struggles, successes, and aha moments, and make adjustments to the program as needed.
