Macro Coaching+

Macro Coaching+ offers deep health coaching while also providing the same plan as Macro Coaching.

This program is centered on a whole-person, whole-life approach that takes into account the multi-dimensional thriving of an individual. This approach involves considering the various aspects of an individual's physical, emotional, environmental, relational, existential, and mental health. In this way, Macro Coaching+ aims to promote overall wellness.

Level 1 is a three-month program that is ideal for beginners who have no prior experience with counting macros and no interest in following a diet. This level covers a comprehensive range of topics, including understanding macros (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), nutrition needs, food choices, portion sizes, reading food labels, and more. It aims to help participants create healthy habits and acquire the knowledge necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the future. 

Our health coaching program is dedicated to empowering you to achieve optimal well-being. We'll work together to improve your sleep routine, manage stress and cravings, and support you in dealing with hot flashes and brain fog during menopause. Our mission is to help you thrive and feel your best, so you can tackle whatever challenges come your way!

The program includes an initial consultation, during which we will discuss your current needs and goals. We will then calculate your calorie and macro needs and schedule your official kickoff call to discuss your results and plan the next few weeks. Follow-up sessions will be scheduled weekly to discuss your progress, struggles, successes, aha moments, and adjustments to the program as needed.

Level 2 is designed for individuals who have completed Level 1 or have prior experience with macro counting and specific goals in mind, such as maintaining weight, building muscle mass, decreasing body fat percentage, or preparing for a competition. This level is more goal-oriented and focuses on teaching participants habits and routines that will ensure they stay on track and succeed in the future.

Just like level 1, it includes an official kickoff call to discuss your goals, create (new) calorie and macro calculations, and plan the next few weeks. Follow-up sessions will be scheduled weekly to discuss your progress and make adjustments to the program as needed. Our program provides participants with all the tools they need to achieve their nutrition and weight goals and to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the future.

Level 1: $297/month - 3-month minimum - monthly option available after program completion.
